Burdekin Library offers school holiday fun

School holidays are fast approaching and the Burdekin Library is offering a variety of activities to entertain.

Burdekin Shire Council’s Library Services Manager John Scott said the Library was a great place to be during the school holidays.

“We have three main activities planned for the school holidays – crafts, a movie and technology,” he said.

“For those children who love craft there’ll be activities at the Burdekin Library Ayr and Home Hill Branch Library.

“We’ll host a Meet the Ozobots session at both libraries and a coding workshop at the Burdekin Library Ayr.”

Mr Scott said all sessions had limited spaces and urged parents to secure a spot for their child by calling 4783 9970.
