Membership
- Membership is free to Burdekin residents and visitors who can provide proof of identity and residency.
- Children under 18 must be endorsed by a parent or guardian, who must also provide proof of identity and residency.
- Please notify the Library of any change of name, address or phone number.
- If you leave the district, please return all your Library loans and hand in your borrower's card before you go.
Loans
- Your membership card is necessary for all transactions.
- Full resident members may borrow up to 12 items for a period of 14 days, taken from the following:
- 12 books
- 12 magazines
- 6 talking books
- 4 Audio Visual items(Video, CD, DVD, Cass, CD-ROM)
- Non-resident members can borrow up to 4 items with a limit of 1 audio visual item.
- You may renew or reserve Library materials simply by phoning either Library or visiting the library web site.
- You will need your membership card to do this.
