In mid 2007 the Burdekin Shire Council will provide a friendly Customer Service Centre that welcomes visitors, receipts payments and manages all phone call requests. Our Customer Service Centre will operate between 7.00am and 5.00pm and will have friendly, fully trained staff to help with your enquiry. The Burdekin Shire Council will have a team of professional Customer Service Officers waiting to assist you.
