Requesting a Maintenance Issue
Council provides a Customer Service System that enables residents or visitors to our Shire to report maintenance issues with roads, drainage, footpaths and cycleways within the Council’s local government area and arrange to have these inspected and prioritised for repair.
This service does not include problems within private property.
Issues can be reported to Council outside of normal operating hours by phoning 4783 9800. These calls are automatically diverted to the Council after hours service provider and can be reported by following the keypad instructions in the recorded message.
