National Tree Planting Day

Help create a greener, healthier Burdekin by getting involved in National Tree Planting Day on Sunday 26 July 2026.

In partnership with Lower Burdekin Landcare Association, Burdekin Shire Council is inviting the community to help plant 1,000 native trees at the Burdekin Landcare site. Every tree planted contributes to a healthier environment, improved biodiversity and a greener future for our region.
